I've been trying to find a program that can let a student exchange with another country for a month or so this summer. Is there any program that can help with that? I've tried sister cities, but they won't respond to me and their website is really hard to understand.

Not sure if you mean a group from the US exchanging w/ a group from Germany. Would think if you contacted local high schools, it might be doable although it's kind of late in the season for this summer (I think the plans would need to be made way in advance to the kids going could earn/save some money thru fundraising etc). Yrs ago we hosted a student for several weeks (thru a group) and later our son went over to visit him which was neat. Anyway, would google it and make some local calls, be sure to get references too.
