Beech Tree is a nice community but if you were impress with Beech Tree wait until you visit other communities in Upper Marlboro.
When I was looking for new construction home. I did look at Beech Tree. I remember back then a family in the negihborhood was selling their home. I ring the door bell and ask how much they were selling for. They told me $1.2 million. Prices back then in Beech Tree was selling for $750,000 and up. Now the homes are going for low $500,00 and up.
My husband inspect one of the Townhomes last week. It was selling for $420k and the seller paid $550k.
The Community have a Multi Million dollar feel to it. You have everything in the Community.
