Kids Teeth is a great dental office in Rockville. Its also close to North Potomac. There are two dentists who are both male and they have all the bells and whistles to make your childs visit fun and comfortable. I am a dental hygienist and my husband is a dentist and we take our kids there. Just in case you are wondering....my husband is military and cannot treat dependents and I feel that my kids will listen better to a hygienist other than me.
Can't recommend a pediatrician because we can be seen on base for medical but I can ask around.
