I live in 20878 currently. I didn't check the map, but as with the poster above, I think I know where that is. My guess is west of Quince Orchard Rd. (MD-124). Is that correct? If yes, that is not a bad area.

I lived in Germantown. That's a nice area, but beware...traffic is always bad.

It's essentially located a little bit west of where Quince Orchard Road meets Clopper Road, right? The area is nice, you have two groceries store (Giant, MaGruder) to choose from, but the area has extremely high traffic since that's where the on and off ramps for I-270 is located. If your budget is flexible, take a look at The Elms at Kingsview Village. It's a little bit farther away, but it's a very nice area within a 1 min. walk to the Giant in a nice quiet and I would say light traffic area.
Worth a consideration.
