The only builder I can think of that builds custom houses around here is Foxcraft. Most of that is high end stuff, well high end by Allegany County standards which is about 400k or so. If you are talking more about custom built modest homes I am sure they are around but you don't hear much about them since old homes with good craftsmanship that just isn't duplicated today are cheap and plentiful.
If you don't mind me asking, why are you interested in Rawlings? There isn't much there other than a golf course and some suburban type neighborhoods that serve Cumberland. Not that there is anything wrong with it, but I find it unusual for someone coming from somewhere else to focus in on that area. |
