My family and I are moving to Maryland next month and we are finally ready to put an offer on a house since we are under contract on our own home in NJ. We are very interested in Church Hill Hunt. Does anyone have any information on this development? We have 3 kids under 5 so schools and a family-friendly neighborhood are a priority. We are also considering a home in The Grove. ANY help that you could offer on the 2 neighborhoods would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone has feedback on Ryland homes and their mortgage process that would be great too!
