Default Would Silver Spring Over take Baltimore...

to be the largest city Maryland? I see this happening in the next 10-20 years. Silver Spring is really growing fast.

Silver Spring is not incorporated, so technically it is not a "city" at all. Also I think Baltimore is population is still like 10X higher. Baltimore 600,000+ people, Silver Spring only has 76,000, no contest now 10 years or 20 years in the future.

Silver spring would have to beat gaithersburg and frederick in population first then grow by about ten fold to beat baltimore.

100% No. Never.

Baltimore is growing so fast with new developments.
Baltimore is becoming more desirable to live.
People are moving out of DC suburbs to live in Baltimore because its more afforable plus they are buying low and waiting on the next real estate boom because in the next boom Baltimore will boom faster then any other areas in Maryland.
