My husband has been offered a tentative position as a Hazmat Ops Specialist with the US Government working out of Adingdon and we're considering it. I was born and raised in Anne Arundel County, MD and am currently in the running for a Firefighter/EMT position with AACO Fire Department. My question is as follows:
We moved from AACO to Charleston, SC in late 2006 for hubby's job promotion with the fire department but miss MD and want to come back (since everyone is now moving down here). Can anyone recommend any decent (ie not in the middle of the ghetto) townhouse/apartment complexes near Abingdon? Up to a 35-40 minute drive would be acceptable. We'd need a 2 bedroom around $1400 or less a month. |

Harborside Village Apts are very nice, waterfront units are available, They are in Jopptowne Maryland... dont let people scare you away from this area, very nice, quiet, most residents have lived here there whole life.
