Default Self-Storage. . .in Kensington, MD - and what about PODS??

Has anyone used American Self-Storage in Kensington, MD off of Plyers Mill Road??

Our home is under contract and we will be staying about 2 1/2 miles away off Georgia Avenue. I found it while doing a Google search. I still plan to check out the "brand names" like Public Storage and UHAUL but thought to ask if anyone has experience with this place. . . or anything else local.

On anothr note, has anyone ever used PODS and what where the experiences there. . . it seems like they are pricey.

Thanks!

I moved from MD to VA 2 years ago and used PODS to move. They were awesome - flawless. From the initial call to book one (they suggested two and were right) to arrival, storage and pickup it was perfect. I priced a number of self pack moving companies and they were the cheapest and it was a great experience.
If you are just looking for temporary local storage you might do better with a local unit but the two PODS outfits I dealt with were awesome ( and my kids loved watching them get collected with there special machine).
