No prob. When I said be careful of certain communties, it has something to do with who build the house and if you are buying a "used" home, try to find out more about previous owner, it tells a lot about how they use their home if you see what I mean. A nice big house with stone elevation, bells and whistles interior doesn't always mean good, you just need to be cautious.
As to using and trusting an agent, don't count on them too much (applies in this particular area, IMHO). I find what they care most about how many listings they have, how much commission they can get from selling new built homes, plus not doing enough homework to help out-of-state people for their relocation. Of course they are some exceptionally good ones, but not many. It's still good to have an agent though because that's the only way you can get in to see those houses.
