Default 4th of July Fireworks - view from Bolton Hill area?

Does anyone know how far North of the Inner Harbor you can go and still be able to get a good view of the fireworks? I am in a high-rise apartment building across from the symphony hall up in Bolton Hill (corner of Howard and park ave) and was wondering if my 10th floor apartment would give me a good view of the fireworks in the Harbor (about a mile south).
