Beach DJ is on a distinguished road
Default Living in Ocean City

Hi Everyone!

The wife & I are tossing around the idea of living in Ocean City MD.
Does anyone know of any clean & safe residential apartments in the area?
As close to the beach as possible.

We are looking for a 1 bdrm Apt no smaller than 650 sq ft. and nothing over $900.00 / month?

Thanx for any feedback

I personally don't know of any apartments, but of my knowledge of friends who have moved to Ocean City in the past they usually lived in West Ocean City and worked in OC only.

My advice since you live in the DC area is take a few days off and drive there or shop around with a realtor. You have to remember you might find it hard to find housing as most places like to rent there condos or cottages seasonal and make alot more money. But there might be some that would like to have a stable year round tenant. Best bet is get a realtor. Hope it helps.
