Wink help needed

We finally decided to move to the historic downtown frederick area in MD.
We want to avoid the run down areas. Where should we concentrate our efforts? We are renting in Harpers Ferry currently. Thanks! asil

If you are buying, the area near Baker Park is amazing.
If you are renting, try Crystal Park and The apartments at Sunset, condo owners who are looking to rent- I know a great 3rd floor condo someone is looking to rent or sell in Jefferson Chase Condominiums with a fully updated kitchen- granite, stainless steel..... It's about 2 minutes from downtown.

Let me know if you need mroe specifics on anything- my husband and I have looked EVERYWHERE!!!! We came from Michigan

Thanks. Do you know of any garage spaces in the downtown area that are for rent? I'm worried about finding street parking.
