PG County Help
I am looking to move into PG County. What are the exclusive “sought after” communities in PG. I am aware Tantallon is one but what are some of the others. I know PG has several affluent neighborhoods but I do not know where they all are. I am open to living anywhere in PG county so it does not have to be in Fort Washington. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance.

Woodmore, Bowie is pretty affluent. Parts of Greenbelt, and Lanham. Glenndale has a neighborhood called Wingate which is "sought after."

All of Bowie,Upper Marlboro,Clinton,Brandywine,Aquasco,Fort Washington,Mitchellville,Largo

I would definitely say certain areas of Bowie are the most affluent "sought after" in PG County, especially the newer areas. Crofton is a city right next to Bowie which has very exclusive communities but is considered Anne Arundel county.

GLENN DALE! We've lived here for about 8 years and it's really nice. The Wingate development and other newer developments are peaceful and well maintained.
