Question Need free preschool in Columbia

We have just moved to Columbia. We were happy to learn that there was an elementary school with a pre-K program (Swansfield) very close by. However, we just discovered that their pre-K program is waitlisted and has income restrictions (which we may or may not meet but that point is moot). My daughter, who turned 4 in May, had a great free preschool in Pennsylvania and is very impatient to start school here in Maryland. However, I'm not sure that we can afford the fees even for the co-op preschools.

Can anyone recommend a free or very cheap preschool program in Columbia?

Thanks!
