Hi I lived at Woodmont Park almost all my life, but I must say, I don't mean to sound offensive, but I was one of the few American people who lived there. It is mostly all Chinese, and secondly Indian. The community is peaceful though. Woodmont Park is convenient to the Wintergreen Plaza which is right across the street, a walking distance. Even though the Manager keeps the grounds well kept, they do not show total respect to the residents. For example, one time, we caught the worker in my apartment without permission. Also, they would charge you twenty dollars for them to key your door when you get locked out. The Manager yells really loud at the young children if she see's them near the vents or the blossom trees. There are lots to do around the area and you can enjoy scenery from the next door woods. Free Utilities include Water and Gas. The choice is yours. Good luck!
