What's wrong with edgewood? (Bel Air: home, schools, area)

I was looking at a home at 512 Arum Ct in Edgewood can someone please tell me if it's a good area or should I stay far away?

I'm also looking in Bel Air at 1536 Murray Pl. How is this area is it safe? I know that looks can be deceiving. So any feedback would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks

Can't help you with that Edgewood address.

That area of Bel Air is safe, schools are good too. Rt 543 is the main thoroughfare that you would be using. It's a 2 lane road that can get somewhat crowded during rush hour.
