Have you tried apartmentguide.com? They have some listings in Arnold. Arnold is a pretty safe area and very nice as well as great proximity to Annapolis!

Try the Capital Newspaper, shouldn't be too hard, there aren't many apartment complexes in Arnold. I think there are only 2 or 3.
