The fight occurred at Wilde Lake HS in May 1997 among girls from the school and their rival, Howard HS. Go the the local forum on the Baltimore Sun web site and ask your questions there. You'll get some very insightful responses re: Columbia.

The best neighborhoods in Howard Cty are Ellicott City, Clarksville or River Hill, and Fulton.

Centennial HS in Ellicott City is one of the best HS's in the US:
