Looking for a retirement home or second home, you have to check this place out. It is receiving a ton of national recognition and is located in one of the most underrated cities in the country. thanks for the correction on the website...... I work as a real estate agent on the island, so I am not sure if this would consitute advertising. I truley love the place and just making people aware of it. There are so many things to do down here and I think it is important for people to know especially since it is 20 degrees up there and I was out on the golf course today.

When you say expensive I am assuming you are referring to the house. Coorect me if I am wrong, but when you purchase a house out here you are receiving so many amentities and coveiniences. It becomes more about the lifestyle than the house.
