Default Looking to move in Havre de Grace

I lived there when i was younger and I was looking to move back. Can anyone tell me where to look for in apartment wise? I tried searching on the net and didn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

i would say look for the tranquility place townhomes, but the city tore them down to make room for new rowhomes. even the cheap areas are mostly owner-only nowadays. but if you are looking for apartments, search for Winston Hall (located downtown by the high school) or " The Cove " apartments.
