Can I afford to live in Takoma Park, MD
I'm interviewing for a job in Takoma Park, MD. I've visited Takoma Park a few times and I LOVE IT! I'm just wondering if I can afford to move there? I'll probably be making some where around the mid 30s the most i can afford is about $1020 in rent (35% of monthly income) is this doable? I'd like to live by myself if at all possible. Any suggestions or advice about whether i could make it in Takoma Park with that rent limit and areas that it would suffice would be extremely appreciated.
