Question Driving Ranges - Golf

Friend & I were looking for a decent/inexpensive place to get a few bucket of balls and hit the driving range (while the weather is in the 80s even). Any reccomendations for a place in/around Baltimore aside Tom Mitchells?? Anywhere with any discounts for evenings say after 4PM?? Happy Hour Driving Range Specials? lol

Thanks..

The Baltimore area is a bit short on "quality" ranges IMO. I think the only nice ones are on the courses. But you can try Arundel Golf Park - which is right around BWI (east of the airport on "the loop"). I still think the best range for practicing your game is at Olney Golf Park in Olney, Md. But that's not exactly Baltimore.

If you want party atmosphere - try Top golf in Alexandria, VA (definitely not Baltimore ;-)). Its basically a bar set on a driving range. but they do have some very techy gadgets on the range - i.e. wired targets and balls so you can play games within your group or agains others at the range.

There's a really nice golf course in Elkridge called Timbers of Troy. It's about 15 minutes from Baltimore. Google it.

I will look into the Elkridge Place...No AA. Too far for person coming to pick-me up. They work in B-More and I reside in Baltimore so no long-distance trips especially since it will be an evening excursion. Thanks for the input so far....
