Default Kent County or Queen Annes?

Hubby and I are looking to move from Baltimore to this area, his new job is there and its a good paying one and we could afford more house then here in Baltimore County. I am curious about a few towns I have seen but not to familiar. How is Chestertown, Rock Hall, Centreville and Ridgely? We are going to drive down this weekend to look at some homes ect....We have a 7 year old with another on the way. Are the schools good? They are extremely over populated here. I just hear that its so isolated there may be little for Kids growing up? Thanks
