Default What's the word on Rosedale?

I'm looking to buy a townhome in Baltimore county. I have about 200,000 to spend. I have found some decent deals in Rosedale, Owings Mills and Middle River. Any opinions? thanks

I sold a home in Rosedale to a friend and the area was surprisingly nice, the townhome was very reasonably priced. For the money I would set my sights on Rosedale.

Thanks everyone, yes, Rosedale seems like a good choice, thanks for the input! For me, it's a more convenient location than the other 2 areas I mentioned in the OP. The interest rates are low right now and I have the advantage in this market. Wish me luck!
