Default Home inspector recommendation????

Anyone have a home inspector they'd recommend (ASHI approved) that works in any or all of the following counties-

PG
MoCo
HoCo

Looking for someone that is detailed and takes their time. Have no problem paying top dollar for a top inspection.

Please PM me if you cannot post that info here per forum rules

Thank you!

We actually ended up using Alban for our inspection over a week ago. They were great. And what I loved about them, other than taking their time/talking with us/giving us detailed reports is that they quoted us fees upfront but also said that if the particular inspectors (yes, they have specialized ones) felt their services in a certain area (i.e., lead abatement, radon, etc) were either not necessary or not needed on a full-blown scale, they'd readjust the charges.

And they did. Great - finally someone not just out to make as much money as possible at the expense of people who really only go through something like this a handful of times, if that, during their lives.

I'd recommend Alban any day.

I am a Real Estate agent and have used a few different inspectors. The one I prefer is Alban.
