Other than absentee MD does not. There are two constitutional amendments proposed on Tuesday. No. 2 deals with slots, No. 1 deals with early voting. A yes vote on either is for approval.

i would vote NO on slots.. our governor is supporting too many illegals and would continue to support them with more casa buildings.. they have 3 now and working on more.. i'm sick of it.. at casa they teach them how to beat the system.. How to get sec8, food stamps, medical care etc.. so why give our state slots when usually only the poor and middle class will spend their hard earned money on slots.. i remember atlantic city newjersey when slots first hit there.. they were promised beautiful city's, lower taxes and whatever.. if you go to atlantic city, it is all slums. it deteriorated their community near the slots and people were losing their homes, became alcoholics and homeless.. No slots for me.. Let our governor stop their pork barrel spendings on themselves like useless ireland trips for business?
