wow@ how this thread became about car insurance. Well we never turned the contract into the bank. We opted to stay in PW, Va due to the recent knowledge that I can choose the middle school I send my child too. What a deal breaker, so adios PG County.....

I am stationed overseas and have been for a while. I am not receiving anything from the HOA or (is it ?) Piscataway Water and Sewer?

I am sure I owe them something. Does anyone have a phone number address so that I can get current??

Auto insurance companies unfortunately lump all of Pr Geo County together when setting rates - even though the County spans vastly different urban and rural communities. Just after we moved from Fort Washington, to Waldorf (Charles County), I got a driving violation, but our quoted rates even so, went way down because of my move. You should go to the website" "Great Schools Net" and check the data for Henry G. Ferguson and Fort Washington Forest Elementary schools, which are the 2 ones closest to "The Preserve".

I recommend you check the data for "Fort Washington Forest" and "Henry G. Ferguson" elementary schools and "Eugene Burroughs Middle Schools" on the website "Great Schools Net." They are the closest schools to The Preserve.
