We are moving to the Eastern Shore of Md and we are having trouble finding real estate. We are looking for an updated farmhouse or decent house on anywhere from 5 - 15 acres, not in a subdivision, or close to the cities, but in the country, preferably without neighbors too close by. We are 1500 miles away at the moment and the realtor websites just do not include enough pictures to be able to tell if a house is sound or not, nor do they include properties that could be for sale by owner. We are not afraid to do a little work, but extensive damage repair and complete renovation would be out of the question. If there is anyone out there who would know of properties like this in Wicomico, Somerset or Worcester counties, we would really love to hear from you. Thanks!

I am in ral estate on the eastern shore and I know what you mean about not enought photos. Especially, it it is a shorrt sale or foreclosure many agents do not take the time to put photos in. I use 20 to 30 photos pre listing.

There are properties here on 5 to 15 acres, in differen areas all depends to the pricre and location. Would be glad to help you ad if out of my area would refer you to an experienced agent. Let me know.
