Hi everyone, I feel that Pittsville, Near Ocean City, Maryland is overlooked quite a bit. Let me explain... For say $224,000, one could purchase a new home, not in a subdivision, but on a regular street, with lots of amenities. The drive to Baltimore is 2.5 hrs, but most who go to Pittsville, dont come back! The town's biggest industry is Perdue Farms located in nearby Salisbury. There is basically no air pollution. Basically nil pollution of any kind. No superfunds. No industry emissions into water. No industry...except for the chicken farmers. Small town life, if thats what you are looking for whether just starting out or retiring, Pittsville's got something for you. www.city-data.com/city/Pittsville-Maryland.html http://www.ococean.com/ http://www.mdmunicipal.org/cities/in...ille&page=home realestate.yahoo.com/Neighborhoods/detail.html?sa=&csz=21850 www.wicomicocounty.org |

Housing here on the eastern shore is even LESS expensive than last summer! Great interest rates, low housing prices (depending on exact location of course), abundant sunshine, and the ocean of course make this a better place to live than ever! Feel free to email me direct for more info about the Eastern Shore market.

I awoke to the sounds of the leaves hitting my roof and a squirrel dropping nuts outside my window. There is a crisp breeze today and my deck is covered with brown crunchy leaves. When the leaves fall, it looks like brown snow almost! Leaving for my office, I stepped out onto the patio, with the leaves underfoot. I had to squint due to the sun greeting me as I went down my sidewalk to the car. A smile immediately came upon my face...I must be the luckiest, no the most fortunate person on the planet! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
