We (2 adults and 1 toddler) are moving from Germany to Beltsville. We are looking for a place to stay around Beltsville, Greenbelt, or other nearby area. (my husband's office is on Baltimore Ave between 495 and 212). Now we are interested in an apartment at light house at twin lakes., 2BR, 952sqft at 1100 per month. As we are still in Europe, we can only get information from the website and other peoples's postings. Has anyone had experience with these apartments or the neighborhood where it is located?
Important for us are safety (as we have a kid) and good infrastructure (i.e. shopping centers nearby etc...).
Can anyone recommend a good housing area or even specific apartment/condominium/townhouse? Any comment or suggestion is very much appreciated
