We are relocating to Bethesda, MD from VA. We don't know anything about the area, we want a safe place to live, don't know what to begin with. Can anybody share any information, please?

Bethesda is a great community. Safe with good schools. It can be pricey but so can many areas in Virginia. Are you looking to rent or buy? Where will you be working and is mass transit important?

My husband is in a military, he is stationed in Naval Hospital, we are looking for rent. But I don't know where I'll be working yet. Hope I'll find something quick.

It really depends on your budget. There're some areas in Silver Spring and Wheaton that are nice. Of course Bethesda and Rockville are great - but again, it depends on your budget.

There are a few rentals now that are close to Bethesda Naval. I saw signs this weekend when I was driving by. If you want to DM me I can get some specifics for you.
