Centreville, Easton, Chestertown, Stevensville (Baltimore, Annapolis: for sale, house, find a job)

Hello, Me and my family (wife and 2 girls 1year old and 4 week old) are planning on moving south to the Eastern Shore from Philly. I have family on Deal Island but thats to far south for jobs. I'm an IT Manager and hope to find a job in Annapolis or some where on the eastern shore.

I want to live in a place where the neighbors cant hear every move I make. I would love a place on the bay or with bay views but I dont think my house budget will supply that "400K MAX".

Can anyone suggest a place like I'm looking for? Also, were doing our first road trip in March to check our towns and surrounding areas...What the most scenic places on the ES?

Easton is my favorite city on the shore but I think Centerville would be better for a commute to Annapolis. If you were to find a job on the shore I would choose Easton.

We just moved from MD... I have to agree with the above post, Easton is great!
We lived in Denton and have a house there for sale if you are interested! brand new (built in 07) and we were transferred unexpectantly. Denton isn't far from Easton (about 20 minutes) ,my husband commuted over the bridge to Baltimore. It was a bit of a commute,but he got use to it as do many others.
