What are the hours for elementary schools in Montgomery County? (Rockville: school district, cities)

My son may be attending school next year in Hagerstown and I was just curious what time the kids start and get out on a daily basis.

Also, Hagerstown is nothing like Rockville. Hagerstown is the big fish in a small pond (though, compared to other fish, it's tiny). Rockville is a large city surrounded by other cities, so it appears bigger than it really is.
