Water Front Supper Bargains Coming to an End? (Easton, Chestertown: real estate, homes)

For the last two years the Water Front homes market has slowed in Easton, Chestertown & Saint Michaels & surrounding areas with prices falling over time. Now the last few weeks it seams that one by one the best bargains are starting to go under contract. National news always talks about the nations hardest hit areas. We have been fortunate with folks planning for retirement or all ready retired have always moved to our shores. Our homes on the market have never been that large. With all that Washington is working on to help Real Estate perhaps good news for sellers is around the corner?

All odds point to NO. Unless people somehow obtain the ability to print money (like our government) it ain't happening. Funny money days are over, and thank god for that.

Homes on the Water in Caroline & Talbot Counties from $500,000 to $1,000,000 total 46 listings. One went under contract in December, from January to now 5 more followed. This leaves 40 available, and what I see is that the ones who are buying have been waiting on the fence for these bargains. Have the ability, or cash so are getting the best deals.
