Tanyard Springs is not located in Pasadena. It is in Glen Burnie...the Zip code is 21061. Glen Burnie begins on Solley Road. Tanyard Springs is a brand new development and it is really nice.

Does anyone know anything about the "Clover Leaf Estates" community in Glen Burnie...right on the Millersville Line? Crime Statistics? Neighborhood info?

My husband and I are looking at apartments in Glen Burnie and have heard very few good things about the area. Problems with vehicle crime like vandalism and such. Would anyone be willing to tell us the good qualities and the better areas for apartments? Presently we live and work in Annapolis, but believe me the vandalism is rampent here and our neighbors are so noisy we just can't stand it. We also want to be closer to our grandkids at Fort Meade.
Appreciate any information anyone would like to give us.

Don't know what you budget is, or if you're looking to rent or buy. But I would stay away from Glen Burnie...regardless if you have kids or not. A lot of different problems and not of opportunity for equity over the next bunch of years.

Hi, My husband and I are looking to move back to MD ,do to his work. We have also been looking in the Glen Burnie area. We would want an apartment for now and have been looking into White Springs Crossing Apartments. Can anyone please give us any useful information on the complex and the area? We use to live in the White Marsh area so we are familiar with the area. My husband will be working at UMM again ,so we are taking the time to drive there into matters as well.Thank you for any information as the "Reviews" you find here on the net are so vague and from one extreme to the other. Thanks!

Hi again, I seemed to have put in the wrong apartment complex in regards to Glenn Burnie area.The complex we are wondering about is "Chesapeake Glen" Has anyone lived there? I see they have some of the apartments newly remodeled .Just was hoping for some input.
