Default Moving to Baltimore County, any advice?

My husband and I are moving to Baltimore County with our 3 daughters and we have no idea about the neighborhoods, i.e. safety, good schools, racial demographics, etc. We would like something close to public transportation. However, the most important issue for us is the education of children. We need this info ASAP as we need to find a place before the end of the month. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Default Perry Hall

I would stay in the Perry Hall school districts, but the area is expensive.
