Question Moving to Md
I've found a possible house in Elkridge in the Harwood Park section which is kind of near Rt1. Does anyone know if that area is nice? I'll be commuting to Columbia but am looking to purchase a sfh for not more than $230K. I've already looked at over 45 houses(mostly in Catonsville and Severn), bid on 2 and had both fall to higher offers. I'm getting anxious as I'm supposed to move by 4/1.
