Default Lofts FOR RENT in Maryland?

Hi All! Newbie here.

I just posted in the VA forum, but figured I'd give it a shot here as well...

I currently live in Silver Spring, MD, in a tiny studio (utilities included) which cost me about 1050 a month. I am looking to move into a loft or loft-style apartment within the next year someplace in Maryland metro area (close to DC, where I'll be working.)

My question: WHERE are the reasonably priced lofts in MD? Or MD apartment buildings with a few loft-style units? I'm hoping to pay no more than 1350 a month.

Any suggestions?

Thanks guys
Oubs
