Well your right. People will probably try to point to statistics to support this theory. Lets face it what other county is affordable without it being 20-30 miles away from the city? I live in Charles County it's only going to be a matter of time to really see if this trend will hit us as well. If so I wonder how the county will deal with this. Right now, all I can say is Charles County is pretty structured and the Sheriff department is always out and about. So we shall see.

Well, good luck. I have family that live in Waldorf and they have had some problems. You're right, its a matter of time.
