Default would like buy a home in clarksburg md - any advise

I am looking to buy a single family home in clarksburg md. checked the beazer homes and khovnanian homes. Seems the price are still high(starting at 449k)..

Should i wait..? or the price is correct.. any one recently purchased in that area can provide me any advise?

We looked at KHov. homes in Howard County and they weren't willing to budge at all on their prices. They did recently but too late for us. I wouldn't expect them to come down on their prices anytime soon. Michael Harris homes MHH has the neo-tradtional style homes at that price point but may be more likely to negotiate.

I saw on the Clarksburg Village web page they are offering some great incentives Clarksburg Village Incentives

Have you checked out the ryan townhomes in damascus. They start at the upper 200's
its 5 mins from clarksburg. Very nice.
