Default Utilities estimate 2br 2bath, around College Park

Hello, my first post here on the forums! I am thinking about moving into a two bedroom two bath apartment in the college park area. I've been looking at Wynfield Park, and so far this seems to be the best mixture of cheapness and quality that I can find. I was just wondering how much I can expect the utilities to cost, not exact, just ballpark. Also, if anyone out there happens to know, is Wynfield a good property? And if not, or if so, why? Do you know of other apartments in the area that are reasonably priced and close to University of Maryland? I'm a struggling college student and I'd like to move out of the house I'm in now, and I can't afford a serious increase in rent. Thanks, can't wait to hear everyones advice!!
