Default Please advise

My wife and I are looking to buy a house. We live in Bethesda now where prices are silly. We have found several houses in 20877(Flower Hill), 20877(EMORY GROVE PARK), 20877(SAYBROOKE). We would appreciate your advice regarding safety and raising a child in one of these areas. If there is a nice area not listed by me please let me which one that is for us to consider!

coming from Bethesda.... forget all areas. Personnally, I looked to buy in all of the aforementioned areas and... well, ended up in brookeville/Olney area. Good luck.

Default moving out of Bethesda

wow, why are you wanting to move out of Bethesda. From everything I hear, Bethesda is one of the best areas to live in the DC area. I have been trying to get into Bethesda and currently live in a condo near White Flint.

You may want to look at moving to Howard County, if you want to keep the same school standards as what Bethesda has to offer. I am renting a townhouse in Clarksville which is in the River Hill school district. From what I have seen, they say River Hill HS is the best high school in Howard County and Howard County has beat out Montgomery County as the best county for schools in the state of MD.

Razzy, if you are interested in selling your Bethesda house, could you please email me some information on it. I am in real estate and have bought and sold lots of Bethesda properties. I also have bought a couple houses in Bethesda for investment purposes, so maybe we could work something out.
