There's not too much to say about it. It's a very small subdivision, with less than 30 homes in it. It's located just off of substation Rd near Rt. 5, and I believe there is one home listed for sale there right now. It's a foreclosure listed for $216k. It's a steal of a price if the home is in good shape, but that homes just went on the market this month and I have not had a chance to look at it yet.
