Default Real estate attorney and settlement co. for investors
Anyone have any good recommendations for a real estate attorney in the DC metro area, preferably one that is an investor him/herself. I know many specialize within the real estate attorney field so this would be for someone (me) who is just starting out in investing and buying properties to hold. . .

AND a local settlement/title company that is experienced with investors (i.e., double closings, assigning contracts, etc).

I believe that most of his business probably comes from outside of Calvert...he has serviced my clients in PG, Charles, St Mary's, etc.
