Avg total monthly utility bills, 1bed apartment Ellicott City? (living, price)

I'm hoping someone on here can give me some idea on what the average monthly utility bills are for a 1bed apartment in Ellicott City (or close-by), 1 person living there.

I'm thinking overall-total cost. Water, Heat, Electricity, Internet, Cable (Basic, or Expanded Basic), etc.

I've never lived on my own before and am moving from a different state so I have no idea what to expect from average costs.

Assuming everything is electric, 2br apartment, per month:

Water /sewer = $25
Electricity = $200 summer, $300 winter
Internet = $45 Comcast
Cable Basic = $15 Comcast

Water bill increases every month like crazy, used to be $15 or so.
I do not use AC often, and in winter heat only when somebody is home.
Comcast is going digital this June, price will at least double.
