Short term rental N Potomac/Gaithersburg
We are moving to MD in the mid July timeframe. We want to find a rental in the Quince Orchard High School area for a short term (month by month or < 3 month lease). We would prefer at least a 3 bedroom apt/townhome/house. We want to buy a house but need some time to look around - thats why we need a short term lease. We can pay upto $2500/mo. The realtor we are working with to buy a house thinks it is almost impossible to get less than a 1 year lease on non-apartment rentals.
I would appreciate any suggestions
