Gateway Commons in Clarksburg, MD?
I am new to the forum and hoping to get some helpful information. Currently I live and work in Montgomery County, MD. As a first-time homebuyer I was looking in the Germantown area on up to Clarksburg since prices Upper County tend to be more reasonable. Recently I came across Gateway Commons by Lennar in Clarksburg, MD. They have some nice townhomes in the upper $200K. The area seems nice and quiet, up-and-coming in time.
Just curious to learn about the area, how people like it, and the quality of the homes/construction. I'm a single, young professional, considering an area that is nice for other singles and young families.
