Default Collington Station--Bowie (Homebuilders)

Can anyone tell me who the original builders were for the Collington Station subdivision of Bowie (Jennings Mill/Joppa/Johnstone/Jenkins Ridge, etc?)

Also, if I build a home there, does it have to be built by the original builder or can it be any builder? And if you live there, is there an HOA, and if so what's the fee?

Thanks!

There's still room to build there? It's a very established community. Or are you referring to the lot where a house burned down recently?

As for the original builders, check the Maryland Dept. of Assessments and Taxation website for any of those streets. You will see listed in the tax records the builders from which residents purchased their homes.

Also, Collington Station has a website. I'd google the community name and see if the website pops up. From there, you will hopefully find out about the HOA (one does exist, but I don't know about the fee).
