Default Decent areas to live in Landover?
Im not TOO concerned about crime, as I am a single Black Male with no children. I would like too see if there is an area I could live in and it be considered a "steal". I dont want to live in a full blown bad neighboorhood like Kentland or Palmer Park but something middle class thats OK.

PGC301 is on a distinguished road
The neighborhoods between Sheriff Road and Central Avenue (south of Fedex Field) aren't too bad.

Ex- Belle Haven, and the neighborhoods off of Nalley Road and Summerfield Blvd
